Was born in Bilbao where he studied clarinet with teachers Julio River , professor of the Municipal Band of Bilbao, and Juan Navarro, a Euskadi Symphony Orchestra’s solist. He has perfectioned studies at courses with professors like Casadó Carlos D. , D. Walter Boeykens , Joan Enric Lluna D. and D. Miguel Martinez.
Between 1989 and 1993 he received a scholarship by the Bilbao City Council to expand their knowledge in the Municipal Band participated in recording a double CD in 1994 on Basque issues and pasodobles, in homage to the composer José Franco.
In 1997 he was appointed director of the Alcorisa’s Municipal Band ( Teruel-Spain ) and director of its School of Music and in 2001 reached the post of director of the Band of Ejea de los Caballeros ( Zaragoza) and director of its School of Music .
In the summers of 1997 and 1998 and participated as a guest lecturer in the “Regional Camps for Young Musicians ” organized annually by the Provincial Teruel’s Direction Government
He has collaborated with the Euskadi Symphony Orchestra and has been part of the set Maioal House and Ebony Clarinet Quartet featuring numerous concerts in the Basque Country . In 2002 and 2003 also performs concerts with piano , accompanied by D. Santiago Home in Spain and France , and the Valta Triho (clarinet , viola and piano) highlighting their performances in Madrid , Barcelona and Zaragoza.
He is professor of clarinet at the Conservatory of Music of Tarazona ( Zaragoza) .
