Wiktor Mieczykowski (P?ock, Poland 2002) – Violin
Wiktor comes from a family of rich musical traditions. Both parents are active musicians and teachers in artistic education. He started learning to play the violin at age 6 in the First Degree Music School in P?ock. Since 2013 he is a member of the Jong Talentenklas, receiving lessons from Prof. Robert Szreder.
Wiktor has participated in more than 20 national and international competitions and auditions and has been awarded and rewarded 19 times: he has received Grand Prix award three times and I degree award, including the award of the Director of Artistic Education Centre, twelve times. His last success is the first prize in this year’s XVII International Music Competition Euterpe in Corato, Italy.
He has participated in numerous festival concerts as a soloist and chamber musician, above all in Bled (Slovenia), Treviso (Slovakia), Corato (Italy) and many places in Poland.
