Pieter-Jan Van den Broeck (Zoutleeuw, Belgium 2001) – Piano
Pieter-Jan started piano lessons in 2012 at the Conservatorium Leuven (SLAC) with Kim Van den Brempt. He has a broad interest in music, having followed classes in composition, music history and instrumental ensemble at SLAC.
Pieter-Jan played in the Cantabile Laureatenconcert in 2015 with a cellist and he also gives private concerts.
Pieter-Jan sings in the choir Clari Cantus (Leuven) since 2014.
In 2014 Pieter-Jan sang the role of Miles in the opera “The Turn of the Screw” by Benjamin Britten with the opera class of the Lemmens Institute. Since 2014 he is a member of the Jong Talentenklas, receiving piano lessons from Alejandro Serena and Katia Veekmans.
